📢 Product Update: New Improvements to Save You Time & Reduce Admin Hassle

We’ve rolled out a mini release with several small—but-mighty enhancements to make managing your coaching practice even smoother:

1. Update Contact/Client Email Addresses

You can now update a contact’s email address directly from your coach portal.

Note: If the contact has portal access (in the case of clients and prospects), changing their email will also update their login. Be sure to let your client know before making changes.

This is helpful when:

  • The wrong email was entered at setup
  • The client requests an update
  • The client can’t edit it themselves via their portal

2. Bulk complete or cancel sessions
You can now select multiple sessions at once using checkboxes and mark them as complete or cancel them in one go — no more updating sessions one by one!
You’ll also have the option to notify participants or skip notifications as needed.

3. Better mobile experience
With the new mobile app launch, we’ve made a few responsive fixes to improve how things look and work on your mobile devices.
